Is it a Time Share or Fractional Ownership Property?
It is neither. You will have the exclusive use of the designated cottage and own proportionate
shares in the company that owns the cottage and the land.

When is the hand over date?
The closing will start by May 2025 however the upgrades will be done within 6 months on
closing.

Are Pets Allowed?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community and welcome dogs under 50 lbs. Rules apply.

Are we allowed guests?
Yes, guests can stay with you ​and the overflow can be accommodated on site.

Since the cost of maintaining the property is shared among shareholders and supplemented by

Can I change the interiors/exteriors of the cottage?
To maintain a cohesive aesthetic, we provide a selection of approved exterior color options.

I have a job and can work from home, do you have a business centre?
Yes, we will provide a dedicated business center equipped with video conferencing and working
desk set up.

Is there a part-time job opportunity at the property?
Depending on your skill set, there are plenty of opportunities to contribute to the property.

If it does not work for me and I want to move on, what options do I have?
The minimum lock-in period is one years. After that, you can provide a three-month notice, and
we will buy back the cottage at the original purchase price.
